I. How to upload file from CSV

Upload template: 

• *.csv
• *.xls
• *.xlsx

 

Step 1: Login your account and choose [ORDER]  from left menu => [Upload Order (CSV - Excel)]

 

Step 2:  Click  [system's template]  to download Template and edit

Product SKU here: https://lenful.com/categories

1. product property
2. Copy SKU system automatically created to paste in to column SKU in file Template

 

Some Lenful product support "CLONE DESIGN"  - if you need Clone Design please Yes.

 

Edit your file Template to suit your orders list.

Step 3: Upload edited file to Lenful

 

Upload successfully, system'll show Upload Orders

• Red rows have wrong SKU - These orders will not be added to Lenful => Please re-check your SKU: https://lenful.com/categories
• Section 1: Choose Store to upload order - If you have more than one store, please choose correct Store to upload
• Click [IMPORT] - (Section 2) to start Upload your orders
• Upload successfully you see your list in this monitor

 

II. Frequent mistake

1. Data null on column [X] - row [Y]

• Solution 1: Please Re-check data in red row
• Solution 2: If not have data -> this row (View Picture)

• Bước 1: all data format
• Bước 2: blank row
• Bước 3: Save and Upload

 

2. File has been modified - Reload this page (F5) and try again: This edited file

• Solution: Press the key F5 to refresh page and re-upload
