LENFUL FUFILLMENT REQUIREMENT

 

1. Uploading Order Instruction

Go to Order mgr section, click to upload order to get CSV file tepmlate and fill the file with orders then upload in our system.

We will check all order information and the total bill will be shown out for you on top

You will pay the bill then order turns into Paid status. After we verify the payment, we will take order into production stage

Time of production varies depend on type of product you can check in product catalogue

 

2. Image

To ensure the highest quality print, please use the recommended image pixel at 300 dpi and at 4200*4800 px (.png) for T-shirt design. The nearer pixel it is, the better quality it will be.

Rug Carpet, Canvas 6800*8400

It’s best to use your own photos, logos or artwork. We don’t recommend using images you’ve found somewhere online because you probably don’t have the right to use it.

We do not assume responsibility for copyrighted images sent to us for printing.

 

​3. Order Adjustment

After uploading the order, if you have any changes in your order information, please contact Lenful supporters within 24 hours to update in time.

When tracking numbers are filled in each order, you no longer can change the shipping address

Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our customer service.

For 3D items, Quilt, Blanket and Carpet can take longer to be available for checking.
