Connect Lenful with Shopbase

I. Connect Lenful with Shopbase

Step 1. Login your Shopbase account. In the menu, click on "Apps". Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on "Manage private apps".

 

Step 2. After being redirected to page "Private apps", click on "a new private app" button.

Step 3. Enter your information in the App details section. These details can help you keep track of your private apps and stay informed about changes that affect your app.

Then, please give permissions to the Admin APIs and click "Save". These permissions determine what data this private app can access.

Step 4. A window will pop up asking if you want to create a private app, click on "I understand, the app", to generate a private app.

Step 5. At this point, a message will appear on the screen indicating that you have successfully created a private application.

And Shopbase will provide you with the information of the private key, including the api key and api pass.

You can click into the place the arrow is pointing to copy this information.

Step 6. Then, please access to Lenful seller system and click on "Integrations", then choose "Shopbase". 

Copy the private app key information to the specified sections.

Then click on "Connect" button.

 

Step 7. A store will appear on the right of screen that mean you connect Lenful will Shopbase succesfully.

You can check the connected store information by clicking on the store you want to check and then "Edit store".

In case you create an other private key, please do the same above steps. Then please copy the api key, api pass and fill in the specified fields. After that, click on "Reconnect" button.

A message will pop up to let you know if you have successfully reconnected. Then click "Save Changes" to save the new store's information.

 

II. Sync order from Shopbase to Lenful

1. Automatic sync

Turn on "Auto sync orders" to your orders automatically been synced from Shopbase to Lenful. Whenever you have an order on Shopbase, that order will also be synced to Lenful in "Pending" status.

In addition, you can turn on "Auto approve orders" so that orders are automatically approved to "Picked" status. Turn on "Auto sync tracking" in order to whenever your orders have tracking on Lenful, the synced orders on Shopbase will also have tracking.

2. Manual sync order

In case you want to sync order manually, please follow these steps:

Firts, choose the store which has orders you want to sync. Click on the icon in the action section and select "Manual sync orders".

Second, choose the order you want to sync and then click the icon in the action section. Select "Order" to sync that selected order.

A window showing the sync progress will be pop up. If the progress reaches 100% and it shows the word "Success", that means your order has been successfully synced from Shopbase to Lenful. Please click on "Close" button.

Please click on "Orders" in the menu and check your synced orders.

Orders that are synced will have an Order ID structure that is the order name on shopbase - order ID on shopbase - product ID in the shopbase order.

Note: Notice that if your order on shopbase has number of products's type > 1, when syncing to Lenful, there will be (number of products's type) orders created. And all sync orders to Lenful will be in "Pending" status.
